Gridling Global has provided urban planning, design, and strategic consulting services for real estate, utility, and government clients since 2012. We focus on regenerative and circular strategies to enhance sustainability and resiliency in urban projects.

 

Our services include: project development strategy, policy and technology consulting, master planning, owner’s representation, energy and infrastructure planning, design team management, and workshop facilitation. 

Gridling Global was founded in 2012 by Travis Sheehan. He has served private equity and real estate clients, the City of Boston, and Shell Renewables and Energy Solutions.

Downtown Technopark

 

Provided Owner's Representative Services for the $250 million development "Downtown Technopark", an office and retail destination. Services include design management, branding, and advisory on utilities and sustainability strategy. 

Urban  Design
Various Projects

 

Provided masterplanning, landscape design, and architectural services for the schematic design of new building and retrofit projects, ranging from 1 acre to 200 acres - including private equity clients in housing, fitness, commercial office and retail projects.

Travis Sheehan

Travis has worked on a global portfolio of projects with clients on four continents. He is a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a dual Master's Degree in Architecture and City Planning.
